Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to oversee our organization’s legal affairs and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and support to senior management and departments
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
• Support corporate governance and regulatory filings
• Train staff on legal and compliance matters
• Maintain legal records and documentation
