A client from a Public Listed Company based in Selangor is hiring a Legal Manager to oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters.
about the job
- Manage civil & commercial litigation and coordinate with external solicitors and authorities
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on operational and contractual matters
- Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal documents
- Develop litigation strategies and manage ongoing cases
- Assess legal risks and support compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Support corporate exercises and ensure proper legal documentation and reporting
about the manager/team
- LLB and called to the Malaysian Bar
- 6-7 years’ experience, with strong exposure to civil litigation
- Exposure to PLC environment is required
