Job Description :
• Manage the provision of corporate secretarial work
• Coaching and mentoring sales people or appropriate business personnel in regard to contractual risk evaluation, governance and compliance
• Ensure the contract management process is in place and fully implemented in accordance with DOA endorsement/approval requirements
• Assist General Counsel and Legal Counsel ASEAN in providing legal opinions and advice on all other contracts/commitments of a non construction project related in nature, eg Distributorship, Supply agreements etc
• Statutory/Regulatory compliance in relation to customs and safety
• Day to day corporate secretarial record maintenance
• Closely project manage dispute resolution and litigation processes, particularly in relation to bad debt cases
• Bachelors degree or greater in Law
