Legal Manager in Ortigas Pasig upto 150k
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and provide opinions, memoranda, and strategic advice to management.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence with government agencies.
- Represent the company in meetings and coordinate with regulators, legal teams, and external partners.
- Review and monitor contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
- Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Philippine Bar Exam passer.
