POST: Legal Manager/ Legal Adviser
Location: thane Mumbai
Job Profile:
Researching and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentations
Writing and checking of legal documents
Negotiation of terms and conditions
Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients
Assisting in drafting real estate transactions
Work with Group Compliance Officer
Drafting of documents – Agreement, Power of attorney, Flat sale agreement, Affidavits, etc.
Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions.
Land Acquisition / Redevelopment / Self Development, Due diligence, Ability to execute Land
documents, joint ventures, Title report or title study
Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments.
