Key Responsibilities: 1.
Legal Advisory & Business Support Provide timely, accurate, and actionable legal advice to management, product, sales, and operations teams.
Conduct early-stage legal risk assessment and structural design for new products, markets, and business models.
Prepare legal analysis reports for major business decisions, investments, and partnerships.
Contract & Legal Document Management Draft, review, and negotiate all core business contracts, including but not limited to: Installment Sales Agreements (with consumers and partner merchants) Strategic Cooperation Agreements, Distributor/Agent Agreements Technical Service, Data Service, and Vendor Agreements Intellectual Property Licensing and Non-Disclosure Agreements Establish and maintain a library of standardized contract templates, ensuring their legality and timeliness.
Oversee the filing, safekeeping, and updating of all legal documents.
