We are seeking a Legal Officer: Implementation for a permanent vacancy based in Bellville, Cape Town. Our client’s core business is along the lines of banking, lending established SME’s money for business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- LLB Degree.
- Admission as an attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience).
- Conveyancing experience advantageous.
- Candidates must be resident in Cape Town.
Job requirements, but not limited to:
- Drafting legal documents.
- Registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks.
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries like attorneys, auditors/insurance brokers in the process of implementing business loans. ...
