Legal Operations and AI Workflow Specialist
i2c's legal team is small, collaborative, and growing - and we're looking for the right person to help us build something great. With our role in Legal Operations, Technology & Contract Management, you'll work closely with the General Counsel to manage contracts, improve how legal work gets done, and implement practical tools and processes that support the company as it continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Contracts & Contract Management
- Administer and continuously improve the contract management system to support contract tracking, visibility, and ease of use across the business
- Help build and maintain our template library and contract playbooks to enable us to support faster turnaround on routine agreements
