An ASX-listed international energy company with a growing presence in the Americas is seeking a capable and driven all rounder to join its Melbourne-based legal team.
Our client is looking for a skilled professional to support its General Counsel & Company Secretary in a critical legal and corporate governance function. This job is suited to candidates with experience in Legal Operations or an experienced Paralegal looking to take on more responsibility.
The successful candidate will provide key support in legal operations, corporate compliance, document management, investor relations, and board-related matters.
