Job Description

Legal PA – 12 mth FTC

Upcoming vacancy with a leading law firm.


Work as part of a busy team supporting Partners and Fee-Earners, you will be covering a maternity leave. As a contracted employee, you will enjoy all of the benefits of a permanent member of staff and there is potential for extension or a move to a permanent role.


You will need to have strong experience in:

  • Diary management including complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.

  • Proactively managing inboxes and correspondence.

  • Tracking expenses and supporting finance and billing team with update and ongoing work in progress.

  • Preparing presentations for client pitches to a very high standard.

  • Organising client events including dinners, briefings and other meetings.
