Informs attorneys of significant issues in a timely manner. Reviews materials and provides comments to attorneys in the form of reports and summaries. Conducts research, performs a variety of legal assignments, and manages routine projects, including drafting, reviewing and transmitting legal correspondence and documents. Acts as liaison with clients, outside counsel and attorneys; responds to client requests for information and/or materials; coordinates with client on case-related documents and across multiple business and practice groups. Provides a high level of direct support to attorneys, paralegals and legal support staff, and assigns tasks and projects.
