Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in drafting legal documents such as Franchise Agreements, AgencyAgreements, Retail Agreements, LoIs, MoUs, Lease Deeds, Leave &
License Agreements, Service Agreements etc.
Assist in due diligence of property title documents
Assist in assessment of stamp duty and registration fee calculation on
leased/licensed properties.
Assist in represent Company at contract negotiations on legal issues.
Research skills & keep abreast of and inform business units on relevant
developments in marketing and retail industry such as Court ruling/s or
legislative amendment/s.
Assist in drafting replies to legal notices, draft and review of pleadings in
litigations.
Assist & provide inputs in operational matters to ensure desired support to
the business.
Support/attend all litigations/cases filed by and against the Company.
