The Objective:
Ensure our client operates within all South African and international legal frameworks. This role bridges the gap between complex property/financial regulations and agile software solutions.
Requirements
- LLB Degree (Admitted Attorney or Advocate with a valid certificate).
- 5+ Years PAE in legal, risk, and compliance roles.
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of POPIA, GDPR, FICA, NCA, and the EU AI Act.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience with SA regulators (SARB, FIC, PPRA, CSOS).
- Skills: Strong commercial drafting, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced tech environment.
