Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Provide legal support to business stakeholders
- Support legal review of campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments
- Assist with SOPs, templates and legal process improvements
- Support legal compliance initiatives
- Manage routine legal matters independently
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Having 3 to 5 years of professional experience (prior experience in a combination of private practice and in-house (consumer, retail, beauty, FMCG, and/or e-commerce) experience would be considered an advantage)
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
