Job Description

Minimum qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in legal work within a law firm, government, or in-house legal department.
- Qualified company secretary or paralegal with experience supporting a variety of corporate law or M&A matters.
- Ability to systematically organize and understand numerous complex legal documents.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple projects that are time sensitive.
