Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation for structured products, including issuance prospectuses, term sheets, and Key Information Documents (KIDs) in five languages.
- Manage the issuance process and oversee listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange through Internet Based Terms (IBT).
- Execute lifecycle events, including processing corporate actions.
- Coordinate closely with exchange representatives and other external stakeholders.
- Provide general legal and regulatory support relating to structured products.
