Overview
Multiple full time roles available at Grantham Meres Leisure Centre. The roles are for Leisure Attendants (lifeguards).
Compensation
Rate of pay will be dependent on National Minimum Wage age bracket.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of customers while supervising the swimming pool and its surrounds as a pool lifeguard.
- Undertake routine checks, cleaning, and assist with the preparation of events/activities, including assembly and dismantling of equipment.
- Interact with customers in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner; be the first point of contact for customer issues.
- Perform general lifeguard duties to the standards defined in the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), ensuring the poolside is never left unattended.
