Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collect loan payments: Contact borrowers via phone, email, or in person to collect overdue loan payments according to established schedules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records: Track all customer interactions, payment histories, and collection efforts in the company's database or other designated systems.
- Build and maintain customer relationships: Communicate effectively with borrowers, address their concerns, and work with them to develop repayment plans that meet their individual needs while minimizing loan defaults.
