Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring a holistic approach to child care and learning
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children, encouraging their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Build strong relationships with children and parents, fostering open communication and partnership
- Conduct observations and assessments to track and promote children's progress and development
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a high standard of care and education
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and nursery policies at all times
