We are seeking a caring and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within a welcoming and inclusive school environment. The Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of SEND needs within the classroom
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities
- Help promote pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress
