Level 3 Data Center Installer
Available shifts are: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Essential Job Functions
• Data Center technicians running, dressing and labeling fibers across various buildings in the region.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC power and installation.
• Understand and use established safety requirements/procedures for equipment, ESD, power, & radiation.
• Install frames, cabinets, and misc. equipment.
• Install cables, power, inter-cabinet, alarm punch-down.
• Able to follow established procedures and resolve any site issues i.e.: material and engineering discrepancies.
• Measure and mark floors, position and assemble iron work and cable rack.
• Drill floors, install raised floors, install anchors, level, align and secure equipment including earthquake requirement.
• Able to run Cabling, Fiber, Coax, and properly secure to appropri...
