Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect equipment to/from customers, suppliers and other Vp businesses professionally, safely and on time in line with level of competency, ensuring company policies and processes are followed
- Ensure Driver regulations are consistently adhered to under the Driver and Vehicle Standard Agency (DVSA)
- Conduct a thorough daily defect inspection on the vehicle and record this before any use
- Clean and maintain the vehicle on a weekly basis
- Ensure accurate tachograph records are maintained to include driving periods, rest periods, other duties, etc. and are readily available for inspection
- Ensure equipment is loaded correctly, safely and securely restrained
- Greet customers with a friendly face and helpful attitude ensuring
- Identify our equipment and advise of loss or damage, taking confirmation photos where applicable
