About the role
The LHH Head of AI, Digital Innovation, & Platforms is a senior enterprise technology leader responsible for shaping LHH’s future‑state AI strategy, platform architecture, and technical innovation agenda. Acting as LHH’s most senior AI and platform architecture authority, this role defines the technical foundations, architectural governance, and innovative solution ecosystem that will power LHH’s next generation of client, candidate, and colleague experiences.
The role will play a pivotal dual function:
- Enterprise AI & Digital Innovation Leadership — setting strategy, evaluating emerging technologies, leading AI solution design, and orchestrating adoption.
- Chief Platform & Architecture Leader — defining platform architecture, standards, integration patterns, and technical guardrails across LHH’s global ecosystem.
