LI Production Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise plant operations, ensuring equipment availability and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Organize production to meet customer requirements, coordinating with Industrial, Maintenance, End‑to‑End Optimisation, Business Development, Performance, HSE teams and other stakeholders to reach facility‑level targets.
  • Collaborate with the End‑to‑End Optimisation Center and industrial management experts to propose and implement improvements to process efficiency and reliability.
  • Coordinate local operating and maintenance technician teams, adjust resource allocation, establish schedules, and introduce new working methods to enhance business efficiency through continuous improvement.
