Profile The Liaison Engineer is responsible for dispositioning non-conformances, developing repairs and coordinating their implementation within the aircraft manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world class service and act as on‑site engineering support for extended maintenance and modification programs involving DHC’s products. This includes supporting the development of technical solutions, development of engineering data, and acting as a principal point of contact for the customer, modification and maintenance service provider, and De Havilland personnel.
Act as the primary point of contact for the development and certification of repair and other design change projects in accordance with the requirements set forth by De Havilland Engineering and customer support service standards.
Develop substantiation for design changes and work with the Engineering Manager to prioritize work activities.
