Summary This announcement is for located in the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) as a technical advisor in the areas of Civilian Human Resources Management and administration. The incumbent will serve as the liaison for all recruitment and staffing, awards, and security actions involving the civilian workforce in coordinating with Human Resources Personnel in developing, implementing, and performing results from changes of initiatives by the Department of the Justice. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities for a GS-0301-Liaison Support Specialist-11-12 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as a liaison for all recruitment and staffing, training, awards, and security actions. Evaluate, review, and provide recommendations for performing and revising personnel management planning and evaluation programs.
