We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Librarian to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for organizing and managing our library collection, providing research assistance to patrons, and promoting library resources and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain library materials in an efficient and logical manner
- Assist patrons with locating and accessing resources
- Develop and implement programs to promote the use of library resources
- Manage circulation desk activities, including checking materials in/out and collecting fines
- Conduct research for patrons upon request
- Collaborate with other librarians to develop new collections or programs
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in library services
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
