Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and organize the library collection
- Assist patrons with locating material
- Check materials in and out of the library
- Process new materials for circulation
- Create library displays
- Answer patron inquiries by phone or in person
- Supervise volunteers or student assistants
- Handle weeding and discarding of old materials
- Assist in developing library policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or equivalent experience
