The Library of Birmingham is looking for a proactive, people‑focused Customer Services Coordinator to lead our front‑of‑house services and ensure every visitor enjoys a welcoming, inspiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day‑to‑day delivery of core public services across the Library of Birmingham.
- Act as duty manager for the building, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations.
- Serve as a visible, positive ambassador for the library, engaging with colleagues, partners, volunteers and community groups.
- Support the delivery of a wide range of library services, events, exhibitions and activities.
