Engaging with potential customers to adopt Software License Review.Delivering scripted conversation to convince the benefits of Software License Review.Identifying software gaps and converting non-compliant customers to compliant thru proper licensing means.Answering customer questions on our Software License Review program and providing information about our software.Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.Following up on previous customers for potential re-visit.Maintaining records of conversations with potential customers in Salesforce.Handling ad-hoc visits to potential customers’ sites.
