About the Role
The License Desk Expert supports theorganisation’ssoftware licensing, entitlement, and compliance activities. The role acts as thecentral pointof contact for softwarelicencerequests, allocation, renewals, entitlement validation, vendor documentation, and compliance evidence.The role ensures software is used in line with contractual terms, internal policies, and audit requirements.
It is important formaintainingaccuratelicencerecords, preventing non-compliant usage, supporting costoptimisation, and enabling informed decisions on renewals, subscriptions, and vendor agreements.
