Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Salary: Consistent with the existing CBA salary schedule
Building: Itinerant, District Wide
Reports to: Director of Compliance, Chief School Nurse, Building Principal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of current nursing practices, relevant statues and regulations.
- Administers first aid to injured students and or faculty.
- Nursing assessment of students or faculty with complaints of illness or injury.
- Maintains documentation of all care rendered. Nursing notes should be clear, concise and accurate.
- Notifies parent/guardian when necessary for a student who is ill or injured.
