Join ComPsych as a licensed behavioral health clinician delivering high-quality EAP counseling services. This is an in-person role focused on supporting employees and their family members through local community sessions.
As part of ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Program, you will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling to individuals facing personal and professional challenges. Clinicians will conduct intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and provide essential coping strategies to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver solution-focused counseling primarily in person
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients through various life challenges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with ComPsych’s referral processes
