IIH TEAM LEAD:
An Intensive In-Home (IIH) Team Lead is a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LCMHC) who supervises a team of Qualified Professionals (QPs) to provide community-based, clinical services to children and families. They provide individual therapy, lead crisis interventions, develop Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), and provide weekly clinical supervision to team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing individual and family therapy for each youth served by the team.
- Designating the appropriate team staff such that specialized clinical expertise is applied as clinically indicated for each child.
- Providing and coordinating the assessment and reassessment of the recipient's clinical needs.
