**Independence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (** **Preston Hollow** **Office),** a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a **Licensed Escrow Assistant** . Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
**The Licensed Escrow Assistant is responsible for:**
+ Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
+ Handling, and having comfortable knowledge in: A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, scheduling closings, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
