Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Current state License in good standing, Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting • Previous supervisory experience preferred• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff• Strong documentation skills• Strong organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of the residents and the Community • Ability to represent the Community in a positive and professional manner
