Pay Range: $30 to $50/Hour
Responsibilities:
+ Maintaining and installing all plumbing in park-owned properties
+ Maintaining and installing all piping, drainage, venting ,all fixtures, leaks, backups, clogs and any other related issues
+ Winterization and startup of all plumbing in all the buildings
+ Interpreting blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
+ HVAC work including preventative maintenance changing filters, cleaning coils, changing belts and coordinating outside contract work
+ Refrigeration work including PM and diagnosing issues. Coordinate outside contractor work
+ Monitor and test fire protection pumps. Coordinate annual testing
