Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care Overview Join our dedicated care team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Home Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' health and well-being within the comfort of their own homes. You will conduct in-home visits to monitor client status, provide essential nursing support, and ensure that our non-medical care plans are being followed effectively.
