The LPN/ provides quality nursing care and services to residents in a respectful and dignified manner, ensuring the delivery of care and services. The LPN coordinates physical, social, and emotional aspects of Knowles Assisted Living and services in accordance with the physician's orders, the resident's choices and State Regulations

The LPN coordinates physical, social, and emotional aspects of Knowles Assisted Living and services in accordance with the physician's orders, the resident's choices and State Regulations
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execution of the medication management plan including periodic review of the documentation, observation of the effectiveness of the plan, communication to the physician when changes are needed or outcomes are not appropriate
- Continuous assessment of resident needs with updates to appropriate individuals as it relates to care, services and changes in condition
