Overview
Casual opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor at Home Support Port Moody/New Westminster, located in Port Moody, B.C. This role supervises designated staff and performs nursing procedures within the competency guidelines and standards of practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) in a community health/home support setting.
Salary
The salary range for this position is CAD $34.20 - $46.40 / hour
Responsibilities
- Supervises designated staff by assigning work and determining priorities, evaluating and providing feedback on employee performance and evaluations, determining training and orientation requirements and orienting new staff; resolves staffing issues including calling in staff to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
