Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. Responsibilities include medication administration, IV therapy, specimen collection, patient monitoring, documentation, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Minimum 1 year LPN - Hospital setting experience
- Active New York State LPN license
- NYS LPN IV Therapy certification
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
