ONSITE Department: New Member Desk - Focused on supporting the onboarding of new members. This will include onboarding questionnaire, scheduling PCP appointments, paneling to a PCP and transferring to additional departments they may need (i.e. dental, or specialty departments).
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:15 PM, Monday- Friday
