Job Description
Provides a high-level seamless Dubai Health Authority licensing and onboarding service to the Nursing job family in a timely and efficient service, in line with the American Hospital Dubai's organisational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Covers the full spectrum of onboarding and Dubai Health Authority licensing processes, staff welfare and internal and external communications specifically for a high volume of nurses and admin and support staff including Senior Management level roles.
- Ensures that the administrative duties relating to Dubai Health Authority licensing and onboarding of nursing staff are carried out smoothly in an efficient and effective manner.
- Communicates selected candidates with details about the company, the policies and requirements prior to their joining as per the Joint Commission International Accreditation's standards.
