Job Description
- Dealing with CIDB/TNB/SEDA/ST/MIDA/MGTC and other relevant government authorities for licensing process.
- Assist Business Development, Project or any department colleague for any enquiry that require advices from Government Authorities.
- Collect, review, prepare and compile necessary documents for all project license application, follow up on approval with Government officers, provide technical advices to smoothen licensing process.
- Communicate between internal department and government officer, manage all paperwork, forms, correspondence, email, letters and etc.
- Submit and collect any certificate or license at Government Offices.
- Monitor all application status, track all due and execute the progress to obtain approval. Discuss with relevant department for project difficulties and suggest for licensing application arrangement.
