Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale data-driven customer journeys that activate, engage, and retain users across digital products and services. You’ll own end-to-end campaign execution in Customer.io (or similar platforms), drive rigorous experimentation, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Growth teams to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
What You’ll Do
- Own multi-channel lifecycle programs across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging — from onboarding through retention and win-back.
- Develop segmentation frameworks (persona, behavioral, lifecycle stage) and trigger-based journeys that personalize communication at scale.
