Qualifications
- Possess a valid Singapore Lifesaving Society Bronze Medallion Lifesaving Certification or an internationally recognized equivalent.
- Possess a valid CPR + AED Certification .
- Possess a valid First Aid Certification .
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth and efficient swimming complex operations and support approved activities, including training sessions, sports modules, wellness programmes, and events.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and work performance at all times.
- Monitor swimmers and pool users to ensure safety and prevent accidents or injuries.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and provide First Aid, CPR, and AED assistance when required.
