Job Title: Lifestyle Health Coach Focus on Sleep Stress & Health Goal Assessment (PartTime)
Job Overview
As part of our mission to improve patient outcomes and promote healthier lifestyles we are looking for a Lifestyle Health Coach to join our clinic. This position is well suited for someone with a foundation in health coaching and some experience in a clinical or wellness setting who is passionate about helping patients adopt sustainable changes to improve their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Education & Coaching: Deliver one-on-one and occasional group coaching sessions focused on lifestyle behavior change. Primary areas include sleep hygiene, stress management, emotional regulation and general behavior modification.
