EM Services Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible individual in Singapore to conduct daily inspections and testing of lifts. The role involves checking and certifying parts replaced by lift companies, handling complaints, and performing both annual and 5-year load tests on lifts.
The ideal candidate will have an NITEC in Building/Engineering, experience in repair and maintenance works, and the ability to use email and Excel. A motorcycle license and personal vehicle are also required for onsite duties.
