- Plan, organize, supervise and liaise closely with operation team and sub‑contractors on all lifting activities.
- Overall in‑charge for preparing lifting and erection plan for all the Gantry Cranes.
- Prepare, develop and review Lifting plans, Method Statement, Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure of all subcontractor for any lifting activities.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections on work site to ensure compliance with authorities and client’s requirements.
- Daily walk around assigned areas of site and make a note of compliance and non‑compliance to HSE operating procedure.
- Able to prepare and review lifting plan and coordinate site lifting supervisors, riggers and signalmen, and be the focal point for all site lifting operations.
