Key Responsibilities
Supervise all lifting operations at project sites.
Ensure cranes, lifting gear, and accessories are used safely and correctly.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams during lifting activities.
Conduct pre-lift inspections and toolbox meetings.
Review lifting plans and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
Monitor site safety standards and enforce lifting regulations.
Identify lifting risks and implement mitigation measures.
